I solved this by right clicking on the left hand taskbar, which brings up the display fusion settings, then selecting multi-monitor taskbar/auto hide--then disabling auto hide.

after this go back to the setting and re enable.

This restored normal function.

Hi,

When I have taskbars set for each monitor and each taskbar is auto-hiding,

as I mouse over the main center taskbar and it pops up, the taskbar on the left hand monitor also pops up unexpectedly.

However the taskbar on the right hand monitor does not.

How do I stop the left hand monitor taskbar that is not being moused over from popping up?

The only difference in set up is that the right hand side monitor is in portrait mode.
