That issue with the "Prevent Window Deactivation" function is due to the anti-cheat system in Apex blocking our hooks. i think to reproduce this you need 3 monitors or 2 monitors +1 capture card like me
i have cloned 2 monitors primary 240hz with capture card but this error also occurs when cloned to other display also

It looks like you have the "Disable hooking the Windows Taskbar" advanced setting enabled. If you revert that to default, it should fix that up.

If you open the DisplayFusion Settings > Taskbar tab, you can uncheck "Allow taskbar reloading while full screen applications are running", and it should prevent that from happening as well.

but when i add in compatibility to force as full screen option and disable hooks still the issue persists
so i have to select close taskbars when game is open but that doesnt work
moreover the prevent window deactivation is not working with apex legends as soon as i use chrome on other monitor it minimizes. ]]>
