No to the "allow taskbar reload...". They are both enabled now. In the DisplayFusion Settings > Taskbar tab, do you have "Show taskbar in front of full screen applications when they lose focus" enabled, along with "Allow taskbar reloading while full screen applications are running"?

I set the taskbar to bottom in Windows 11 and DF.
I made sure autohide was disable in Windows 11 and DF.
