The issue isn't with how DF is setting the Aero colour (we use a Windows API for this anwyays), it'll happen any time the Aero colour changes. Yes that is correct. Yes still happens it seems like this time it might be DisplayFusion issue. Disabling Aero Settings to don't change the Aero Color and in windows setting resolves the issue. With windows 1903 Preview Release for some reason when background changes all the application and everything shutters and freezes for 1-2 seconds. Is there a known issue? There is no spike in CPU/Memory.
