Ok, so I don't actually know what this feature is. Pandora when it's running adds media controls to the taskbar preview.  When Multi-Monitor Taskbars is enabled, this feature breaks, and it only shows the application preview. Even if I then disable the feature, I have to restart Pandora for it to be fixed. (Sorry for the poor phone image quality, holding the windows key closes all live previews so I can't screenshot it.)
