Yes, even doing as you suggest with Ctrl + Win + S the window still goes underneath the taskbar at the top.  I can workaround the issue by using my taskbar at the bottom of my screens but this is less than ideal and doesn't fix the issue.  Is it possible that is is an nvidia driver issue instead of a displayfusion issue?
