I had tried to set my Windows 8 window colour to a really dark one and ran into the same issue as well. Strange that it even lets the user pick a dark colour if the text is unreadable

I'll add this to our feature request list, and if we're able to implement it in the future, I'll be sure to post an update.

I did read about someone patching some system files to accomplish this, but i couldn't find any links, and this would be better if it could be used WITH custom themes (i use a w7 theme, but the developer refuses to change the text color) ]]>
