While in game (fullscreen) if I attempt to click on the start button on the second monitor I get the following:

Global Application Hooks are currently disabled.
The DisplayFusion Start Button relies on these hooks and won't work without them.
Please re-enable the Global Application Hooks in the Settings > Advanced Settings window.

I've verified global hooks are enabled.
