Hah! That actually worked. I hadn't tried it because I'm used to having the extra monitors on the sides. I managed to get them moved to only a 1" gap. That's small enough that the cursor jump isn't too bad when going up from the lower monitor. If I hadn't been able to move them in a bit I wouldn't have wanted to do that due to the lateral movement when going between the lower an upper monitors. Not perfect, but it will definitely do. Thank you!

Even if the monitors are physically separated, you can still put the top two right next to each other (while still having them above the laptop monitor) in the configuration though, and that will allow the mouse to move between them. Does putting them together in the configuration cause an issue for your setup?

It's just how our workstations are set up in my office. If it was down to me I'd have all three of them at the same level in a row. They have the monitors on these stands that won't let me separate them enough to have my laptop's screen in the middle the way I'd prefer. I wouldn't think it would be too different from say a 4-monitor setup where there were two on top and two on bottom-- you'd still want the cursor to be able to move between the upper two in a left-to-right fashion.

I have three monitors. Two of them are above the third, with a gap between the upper monitors. Right now I have the cursor configured so that it can travel anywhere within the visible space (green diagonal arrows). What I'd like is the ability to set up a dummy monitor in the gap area between the two upper monitors, so that the cursor can travel through this space (red horizontal arrow). I don't mind if it jumps, or if I need to move it as much as I would if there were a hidden monitor there. But I don't want to have to drop the cursor down to the lower screen, drag it across and then back up into the other upper monitor. Is there any way to configure this while maintaining the exact match I have set up for cursor movement between the monitors?<br/>
