We'll post an update here when we've been able to implement it.

I am pretty sure that it was possible in earlier versions or at least with windows 7 (i am now using w10). One difference that I noticed between the original and the DF taskbar is that with the original taskbar I've still got the mouse cursor when dragging a file over the taskbar and depending on where I am I can also pin the file directly on the taskar.
