I'm pretty sure that its DxWnd because it only seems to happen when I'm running that program, and killing DP resets it. It just happens whether regardless. The other day, I was just looking at my desktop and didn't have any foreground programs opened when I saw the icons shift and I knew right away the taskbar began to float.

I'm not 100% sure, but I also am running Stardock's Fences program in the background. However, I've never had any issue between it and DP. Just DxWnd whenever its open. Like, perhaps if the computer enters sleep mode or shuts the screen down and then relaunches? Somehow, terminating DF and turning it back on temporarily solves the issue. I haven't found anything to trigger the floating window, other than just leaving both programs running at the same time. I'm not entirely sure what causes this to happen. I think opening some programs in fullscreen/borderless window does it. I can revert it by either shutting down DP and opening it up again, or by using DxWnd to hide the taskbar, which forces a refresh. Anyone else experience a similar issue? ]]>
