The displayed window is what I am experiencing, yes. My question is why does the installer keep reverting my installation to en.lang instead of leaving it en-US.lang (I am located in West Virginia, USA) ? We actually are also going to be adding English UK soon as well :)

On first run, DisplayFusion will try to detect the best language based on the Windows culture code, so if your computer is set to United States in the locale, it should select EN-US automatically. On subsequent updates, it should just use the last selected language, and not try to auto-detect it.

DisplayFusion should definitely work fine even if you only have the single en-us.lang file in the installation directory. The missing Languages tab is expected, as it's not necessary if there's only one language installed. In the list of languages in the Language folder there is en.lang (which shows up as a Canadian flag) and en-us.lang (which shows up as a US flag). As a side note, should there not be a English-Great Britian language.

As a component of my system housekeeping and security, I use program CCleaner to clean out unneeded files from my system. Via the Winapp2.ini addition to CCleaner, I have cleanup code that removes thousands of unneeded language files that needlessly get installed by various third party programs, one of which is DisplayFusion. This has been on my system for over a year and has been executed on many previous version of DisplayFusion. HOWEVER, with DF V4.2.0Beta2, a language issue/error has appeared when I delete all languages files in %ProgramFiles%\DisplayFusion\Language folder except en-us.lang The language issue/error if I leave in en.lang along side en-us.lang.

This self induced error that suddenly has appeared with Beta2 is something that is not a "bug" in DisplayFusion. However, I hope that you can look into it because I do like to keep unneeded files cleaned off my system. And thousands of languages files are unneeded when a system has a lot of third party programs...which most of us do.
