This is a question when having the 'show taskbar in front of full screen applications' option and being in a fullscreen app, e.g. a full screen youtube video. If you then push the windows key the taskbar stays hidden but the start menu pops up on top, as if it is floating. Should the taskbar be appearing too when the windows key is pressed?
This is on Windows 7.
