I have figured out where to disable windows glass (transparency) in ease of access, but one taskbar still looks slightly grey while the main one looks solid black and has the windows border (cell-padding? border?) customization the other one is lacking. I must be missing something. Any suggestions on how to make both taskbars match and look the same style is helpful, thank you!
Here's a new screenshot:

Hello. I just upgraded to windows 10 last night, and today I got all my display colors set up into a nice high contrast black theme like I like, however, the taskbars on my two monitors are very different colors. It looks like my main monitor is using windows classic high contrast colors (excellent), while my secondary monitor is using windows aero colors (I don't like transparency). I don't really care which one the system uses, but I want it to PICK ONE and have them MATCH. Help? Please note that I'd rather lose the aero features than risk losing my high contrast theme features, so if you can tell me how to force the secondary taskbar to display the high contrast windows colors correctly, that would be great!

Screenshot attached, taskbar on main (right, landscape) monitor at bottom, taskbar on secondary (left, portrait) one on top.
PS, did you know you can make skype black this way? (because you CAN)
