I have the Pro version and basically all I want is when I dock my laptop at work for the applications (e.g. Outlook) to go to a separate window.

I've save a profile and added a hotkey. When I re-dock the laptop and run the hotkey it acknowledges the profile but none of my apps move windows. Am I missing something? ]]>
