This might be more of a support request than a bug report so maybe someone will already know the answer. If I open a window (testing with a standard explorer window) and position it as desired then close and reopen, it will appear in the position previously set before closing. However if I do the same thing but this time set the desired position on monitor 2 with it's left hand edge on the monitor 1 to monitor 2 border (monitors are ordered 1 on the left, 2 on the right), this time when reopening the window will jump 25 pixels to the right (in towards the middle of the monitor and away from the monitor border). Is there anyway to "fix" this?

EDIT: "Window Location" feature is completely disabled. I normally roll with "Window Snapping" always enabled, however the issue occurs with it both enabled and disabled.
