• Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
• Click the "Export Info to File" button
• Reply with the file attached

I finally saw the problem again with time to record it. And, while recording it suspected it was "Window Always on Top" setting. Learned that if an application is always on top then a second level context menu will hide behind. At least with Microsoft Access. Is this a known issue? As soon as I exit they work again until I start DisplayFusion again.
