I was out of town. Just to post it here as well, the bug disappeared in Safe Mode. Since it seems to be something totally related to my one PC I'm guessing it's not a DF issue. I'm guessing it's a driver issue and I'll try to track it down on my own if I don't just decommission the affected machine for a newer Windows 7 box. Pressing the button again deactivates the transparency. Windows 7 does not have this issue. ]]>
