I have been testing the trial product for use in our NOC, and I have just a few issues with this software, and am also wondering if this is related to the trial...

I have a single large monitor that I am testing at the moment, and it is being accessed view a VNC viewer, and the Desktop is split once horizontally. The issue I am having is getting two windows to show on the screen in "kiosk" mode. When I open a kiosk mode IE window, on the display it spans both splits. The hotkey to switch to the second split which I changed to Ctrl+Num8 for my uses seems to switch to the second split, but if it goes back to the first split it spans both splits. Why is it doing this. I had this setup properly with two "kiosk" view splits before a restart, and now it is stuck doing this odd split issue.

Also the software will no longer identify as 1.1 and 1.2 it only has a identify of 1, even though it shows the split...

Thanks
