I have seen this weird issue happening with Snagit. For example, when we are in the snagit screenshot mode (region selection) none of the snagit shortcuts works, such as F1, Space & Enter for selection, ESC for cancel selection. However, if I exit DF and then use these shortcuts they work perfectly fine.

I have generated both Log Level 2 & Level 3 just for the duration of this issue, in which I just opened the selection mode pressed the shortcuts and took screenshot. Can you kindly have a look at it and see if you can find the issue, of why DF is interfering with the shortcut(s)

P.S: Put Snagit in compatibility with disable everything for this application including hooks. Let's see if that resolves the issue. ]]>
