Hi Tom,
If you open up the DisplayFusion Settings window and head to the "Window Management" tab, you can uncheck "Show monitor selector while dragging", and it should prevent that overlay from appearing.
Hope that helps!

To whom it may concern /can help,

When I drag a maximized window from one monitor to another, the monitor that the window is dragged to becomes;
- highlighted with a grey boarder,
- the monitor number is noted in the middle of the screen and
- the tip; "Hold Shift to drag windows normally." appears at the bottom of the screen.
I would like to turn this feature off.

I am sure this is an easy thing to do.
However, I have worked my way through the options in the areas I think relates to this setting, but can not find it. I am sure it is right in front of me.

Thank you.
