The issue is that those various Chrome windows all have the same AppID, so DisplayFusion can't tell them apart when it comes time to combine them with the shortcuts. So, the best solution here would be to separate the shortcuts from the running programs by right-clicking the taskbar, and navigating to Multi-Monitor Taskbar > Shortcuts > Left.

I've noticed that both icons showed up as I closed all Chrome (and that Hangouts) windows!

Good question. The old one (--profile ...) have been created manually a long time ago.
The new ones (a hangouts shortcut and the second profile) I've created with right click -> pin to taskbar.

What I`m trying todo is keep many shortcuts with different parameters, ex:
--app-id=knipolnnllmklapflnccelgolnpehhpl
--profile-directory="Profile 2"
--profile-directory="Profile 1"

and so on.
