Yes, that's indeed the setting I was talking about. You have already it disabled though.. my suggestion would be to temporarily uninstall DF (either uninstall keeping your settings or backup them and re-import them on re-install) and see if the same still happens with DF removed.

If the same thing happens with DF out of the way clearly something else is going on, if it doesn't happen anymore you can re-install DF enabling logging. The option is located in the Windows tab in the Display Fusion options, third option from the top. When I right click the Start Button on my second monitor, it brings up the menu but my cursor is teleported to the top left of my primary monitor instead of down by the newly opened menu on my second monitor. ]]>
