That's how that option is supposed to behave actually
If you just want the taskbar to be translucent on all taskbars, you should just be able to enable the "Make Start, taskbar, and action center transparent" option on the Windows Personalization > Colours tab.
Hope that helps!

I've noticed that if I hover my mouse over either of my secondary monitor taskbars, the opacity of the taskbar is lost. I've set the taskbar opacity to 55% in the DisplayFusion Settings Taskbar section. When hovering my mouse in the taskbar, it appears that the opacity reverts to 100%. I do not see this type of action on my existing Windows 8.1 / DisplayFusion 7.2 system. There, the opacity remains unchanged.

My computer is configured with Windows 10 Enterprise, Clasic Shell (latest release) and DisplayFusion 7.3 (Beta 2)
