Photo Slideshow Screensaver seems to work nicely with Preview mode checked.<br/>
<br/>
I apologize on the false alarm with the Window Snapping. It may have been working all along and I just misunderstood the behaviour. I was under the impression that this was like AeroSnap or AquaSnap where bringing the cursor to the edge of a screen made it expand, not that the edge of the window would make it snap to the edge of the screen (no resize, no cursor requirement). I had AquaSnap running in conjunction with DF which gave me this false impression, so when I quit AquaSnap the behavior I had attributed to DF stopped working. Anyway, I think all my questions are answered and I'll be buying a couple licenses soon, so thanks!

As for the hooks issue, can you try uninstalling DisplayFusion, then downgrading to 3.1.10?

<br/>
Yes, the system hooks are enabled, and I've tried both 'Use Preview Mode' checked and unchecked and get the same result. The pictures seem to switch back and forth between windows but never span both.<br/>
<br/>
Another minor annoyance, is that when I try to 'preview' the screensaver it always asks me to save the settings, even if I already did. It should only ask to save settings if there are changed, unsaved settings.

You can always use Visual Task Tips (freeware) in XP to get your thumbnail previews on the main monitor. I've used it for years & it works great.<br/>

1. This is not entirely correct, at least not under win7. Jon seems to have forgotten that he added TaskbarsAllMonitors into the advanced settings. While this will render the regular taskbar AND the DF taskbar, it is something of note. IIRC in XP you were able to "hide" the taskbar, with no setting for autohide, + TaskbarsAllMonitors, would give you an effect to what you are thinking. Not pretty, as youd lose the ability to click the start menu, lose the background programs by the clock, and as well as the quick launch panel by the start button. IE not a pretty solution, but honestly? Why not do this and keep both taskbars? Move the DF one to the top of the screen for its own use.

<br/>
The screensaver I'm using is the "My Pictures Slideshow" in XP. It won't span any image across both monitors, just picks one monitor at random to display it on. If it's a double-wide image it will shrink it to fit on the one monitor.

I'm new to DF, but am considering buying some licenses. I've got a few questions.<br/>
<br/>
1. There doesn't seem to be a way to use the DF taskbar menu on both of my monitors, just the second one. This means in XP I don't get the thumbnail previews on the main monitor. Is this correct? You can only use DF taskbar features on the non-main monitors?<br/>
<br/>
2. The window snapping doesn't work at all. I've got 'Enable Window Edge Snapping to edges of Monitors' checked as well as 'Don't snap windows while 'Shift' key is pressed'. Snap distance is set to 20px, but in both the latest version as well as the latest Beta, this doesn't work at all. Any suggestions?<br/>
<br/>
3. In the beta, the dual screen screensaver doesn't work correctly. If I have double-wide full screen images and want to span both monitors with the slideshow, it only spans 1 monitor and shrinks the image. The only way to get it to work is to split the image in two and individually implement slideshows on the different monitors.
