It does not happen all the time with every program, but seems to be related to which combination of programs is open.

Is anyone else having problems with the mouse scrolling of windows under (not selected) the mouse? It was working fine in the latest betas, but now in 5.1 it does not work most of the time for me. Some applications have been flagged in the support discussions (e.g. IE), but I am experiencing it with most applications.

Is there a fix? Should I go back to the latest previous beta, which worked fine for me? This is one of the best features of DisplayFusion for me.
