I would like to have the option to change the location of where the Wallpapers (Deviant Art, Flickr, Google Images, etc...) are downloaded.

I use an automated backup of My Pictures. So every time a new wallpaper (1 hour cycle) is downloaded for the 3 monitors I use it gets uploaded automatically to my image backup. Picasa doesn't have the option to exclude directories from it's backup, which is crazy but there you have it.
