Ok, I think I understand root issue, and it's more of an enhancement, rather than an error. <br/>
<br/>
If I have a "non maximized" window, I would the option to drag into one of the grid sections and have it fill the section. This is an effective way to manage multiple monitors. I think the default functionality should be to drag and fill to the grid, while holding an override key to prevent it from filling grid. (since the whole point of dividing screen is for quick and efficient window management.
