If you mean the Start button when you say Windows Icon then just right click on the secondary monitor taskbar and select Multi-Monitor Taskbar.

If you mean the Start button when you say Windows Icon then just right click on the secondary monitor taskbar and select Multi-Monitor Taskbar.<br/>
In the next window that opens scroll down to Start Button then with that highlighted select Disable.<br/>
