For some reason it did not register that I chose English in the installation settings.)
I am trying to open guild wars 2 in windowed fullscreen on my secondary monitor.
So far I have been unable to do so with the functions:

- Right clicking on the game icon on the task-bar using "move to next window" makes the game flicker once. Nothing else happens.

- Window location rules. - I have tried making a rule for either the shortcut or the .exe and I have tried making rules for both programs. Neither seem to work.

Does anyone else here know how to do this? ]]>
