Unfortunately League of Legends just doesn't play nice with the Prevent Window Deactivation function :(

So I assigned a hotkey to "prevent window deactvation" and tried using it but when I press it, I still can't move my cursor out of the game. I already tried opening chat/settings in game before pressing it but it still doesn't work. Is there something I'm doing wrong? ]]>
