I hadn't spotted triggers yet; they weren't one of the right-click options on the taskbar icon. They do, in fact, appear to give me the primary functionality I was hoping for when I bought DisplayFusion!
Thanks for the quick response!

Regarding the Settings UI, that's not likely a change we'll make in the near future, but we will add it to our feedback list.
I'm new to Windows 11, and just bought DisplayFusion Pro this week, sight unseen, based on a recommendation from a friend. At the moment, I'm still in the discovery process, discovering what it can and can't do.

One feature I'd really appreciate, which doesn't seem to exist, is something I think of as "monitor affinity". I'm not interested in window position profiles -- I don't want to open multiple programs and then hit a key to knock their windows into place. I want DisplayFusion to be able to simply force specified apps to always open on a specific monitor. If I launch Teams or Discord, they should just KNOW that they live on my side "reference monitor". If I launch Word or Remote Desktop, those should KNOW to start on my main monitor.

(Obviously we could then move various windows to other monitors, close them, etc... but when we relaunched the apps, they'd once again start on their preferred monitors.)

Is this a thing that could happen? I would NOT want DisplayFusion to become a resource hog...

One last thought -- it would be nice if there was a single-page "checklist of features", where we could quickly and easily enable/disable everything DisplayFusion does. My preference is to have DisplayFusion do as little as possible to start with, and then activate individual features one at a time to see if I want them.

For example, I didn't know DisplayFusion was doing anything with ALT-TAB -- but shortly after installing it, I started seeing "DesktopWindowXamlSource" objects appear when I switched windows. I had to Google, and discover these forums, to learn it was a buggy feature and find where to disable it.

Just a thought. Thanks for an interesting helper app, with a lot of promise!
