It happens on almost all of them. The exception was OneNote which seems to have its own border which covers that band at the top.

Also, when I turn on the feature "Show accent color on title bars and windows borders" under SETTINGS > PERSONALIZATION > COLORS > ACCENT COLOR the border fills that gap.
