In case anyone finds this thread looking for help. CheVolume no longer works with most apps and it is not longer in development. Their support is not possible to reach.

Audio Router which is free still works and is still getting updated.
Also Actual Multiple Monitors has this function and is able to bind sound devices to a monitor or to specific programs.
You can have 3 different applications using 3 different audio outputs if you would like. You can even configure it as a trigger so the application is moved to a specific audio output when it starts up or when it is moved to a specific monitor.

So heres a little explaination of what im looking for.

I have a monitor that has speakers connected to a GTX970 via Displayport. I also have a 55 inch tv connected to the same video card via HDMI.

When i Play FFXIV i can start the game on my monitor with the default audio set as my monitor speakers. Then i can atl tab out the game and change my default audio to my tv and open my HDHOMERUN app for tv. The game audio stays on my monitor and the tv audio comes out the tv.

This doesnt work for all games so i was looking for a program that will let me have two displays up at once with one monitor playing one audio source and the tv playing another.

Is this capable with this program?
