In my case, it was 5760x1080 (triple screen 1080p). I noticed if I go into the DisplayFusion wallpaper settings and ran the search of Digital Blasphemy from there (using my paid DB credentials), it only returned a small number (about 25) of wallpapers matching that resolution which explained why I was seeing the repeats.

I just went in and flipped the settings back to the 5760x1200, tiled, span, source = Digital Blasphemy, let it load the first image, then did a "load next wallpaper slideshow image" from the right click menu. I have a background image but nothing present in the folder you mention (Pictures\DisplayFusion\Web Images). I have 3x Dell u2415 (16:10, 1920x1200) monitors with Display Fusion managing the wallpapers and set to pull 5760x1200 images from my DigitalBlasphemy account. Config is set to span the image across monitors and has the Tile sizing option selected.

If I use the setup above, I get something like the following:

Note that the image is skewed and shows very little of the image itself.

If I use the same setup but choose a local folder of 5760x1200 images, I get the following:

Note that the image is evenly distributed and looks fine.
