It looks like there is a gap between monitor 4 and monitor 2, which is why the mouse cursor won't cross over. We do have a feature request to allow the mouse cursor to bridge those gaps, so we'll add your vote to it.

I've spent a lot of time googling around, but I haven't been able to find a solution.

Mouse won't go from #4 in the picture to #2.

The #4 monitor is a 34" ultra wide and the #3 is a 27" 4k. I've included a screenshot as that is just easier to show rather than tell. ]]>
