It seems to be any application. I grab one to move it, and it hiccups and jerks a bit, and sometimes triggers the "shake to minimize" feature of Windows. But stopping/starting DF brings it back to normal for some unpredictable period of time.

My hardware isn't exactly state of the art; it's a Lenovo T460p with discrete graphics, a 27" Lenovo X1 4K display and 2 Dell 1920 x 1280 displays flanking it.

There's some sort of issue with running DF over a period of time. Dragging a window will become slow and jerky, to the point where Windows thinks I'm shaking the mouse to "minimize all but current window." If I exit DF and restart it, it's OK for a while. Days, sometimes weeks. But there's something off and it would be nice to to have it happen ...

Overall my configuration is pretty basic; I'm running 3 displays (4K in the middle flanked by two @ 1920x1280) with corner cursor snag prevention (or whatever it's called) enabled.
