<description><![CDATA[We added a "dead zone" where it wouldn't move the window if it was "close enough," but figured if people had the centre option enabled, they would want it to centre, even if it was on the same monitor as the parent already. I have the Move child windows to the same monitor as the parent window checked.<br/>

I also checked the Centre the child window over the parent option, which I assumed would only affect child windows that had to be moved to another monitor since it is indented beneath that option.<br/>

Unfortunately it looks like it affects all child windows whether or not they are moved to another monitor, which is very annoying. I have turned the option off for now.
