Just checked this. Running DF as admin makes no difference. Yup! That's fixed it, sort of...

Having set the value in the registry to 1, the entry does appear in the context menu, however, further testing, involving unchecking the box in settings results in a short pause. Click on "Show in Windows desktop context menu: Tick appears. Click Apply button, short pause, tick disappears and no context menu entries appear.

DF service is running.

Tried running DF as administrator, no difference.
