However, this bug is only a very minor cosmetic issue and doesn't affect the performance/functionality of DisplayFusion in any way. I am going to push this bug into the bigger 3.1 release. I tested out a few things and I've come to some conclusions:

Under "Performance Mode" I can't reproduce that bug anymore however the whole system feels sluggish and it further increases the general lagginess.
Enabling "Preventing System Hooks" DF seems to load up faster and, despite still maintaining some high CPU usage at times, doesn't seem to lag.

There is no need to apologize. I have been nothing but amazed at the speed and effort you put into this project. That being said, that is why you have beta tests. :-)

Items are being added back to the main windows taskbar again when moved from secondary, so that seems to be resolved. I would like to also note that the taskbars seem to be a little bit snappier now. Did you change the updated speed or something?
