The titlebar icon does not show on the primary monitor if the window is maximized. If I switch which monitor is primary, the new primary exhibits the same problem.

Please note that my Windows taskbar is on the top edge, and it's hidden. I've seen instances where updating occurs and the titlebar icon briefly appears and disappears.

Below is the troubleshooting data. Please note that I am running x32 not x64 despite what your troubleshooting report says.

There are again errors in the log, so I am attaching what was generated from the point I installed V.106 over V.105.
