You should be able to set this up using a trigger. If you create a trigger using the "Window Created" event, you can specify which application you want it to fire off in the "Process Filename" match condition. You can then add the "Move window to selected monitor" action, to move those windows.<br/>

You can create a trigger for each application you want moved when the window is created, and it should fire each time a window is opened.<br/>
