If you restart your computer and click the start button on the windows taskbar after Display has started up, does it happen? Or does it only happen after you clicked the Start button on the DF taskbar first, then clicked on the Start button on the Windows taskbar?

yes, even after disabling auto hide it is still the same issue. it is happening with the windows task bar.

Maybe there is a conflict with the "hiding taskbar" option.
