I am running windows 10 x64.

My issue is that DF fails to start properly with windows even though it is in the start menu and is set to start on boot. Although it shows all of my taskbars correctly and so forth when a program is opened that is supposed to flick to my primary monitor instead of opening on my tertiary monitor this does not occur nor does the move to window button work, it simply sets the program into windowed mode and sits there.

The only fix I have come across that remotely works at this time is to reinstall the application and force it to start that way as the program is already listed as running in the task manager.

I have tried a clean install of DF (uninstall + removal of appdata folders and registry entries etc) this did not work.

What can I do to fix this ?
