You should be able to create a custom function to do this (Settings > Functions > Add Custom). I've attached a screenshot of an example one that would be similar to what you're looking for.

Currently, I expand the right edge as far as it goes, the left edge to "close enough" and then the top edge to the top which will snap it to the top and bottom on both monitors, but I was wondering if there was a simpler way of doing this.
