Apparently this was too much for my 2am brain to comprehend last night..

The only remaining issue is it won't launch on the corect monitor. The problem is opening the app while it's pinned to a secondary monitor. It will open fine while pinned on the primary monitor, but not from a secondary monitor. I suspect this has something to do with the permissions windows puts on the folder in which it keeps the apps isntalled from the store, but I don't know for certain, nor do I know what to do about it.

Anyone have any ideas? ]]>
