I can reproduce this here intermittently as well. I'm not sure there's much we can do though, because DF simulates a click on those buttons before moving the menu, so this looks like it's just a symptom of that. I don't know if this is something new with DF or a Windows 10 setting, but does anyone know of a way to make this go away.

What you are seeing is that white box in action on my primary monitor as I'm clicking those buttons on my secondary monitor. ]]>
