Does/will Display Fusion support independent monitor sleep settings? If not, Is it technically possible in Windows 8.1 or other operating systems at all? I would like to disable sleep or extend the sleep idle time on each monitor.

I have a few usage scenarios:
1. Watching a Movie on one monitor, would like other monitors to go to sleep after 10 minutes, vs the primary where I may want to set it to 2 hours. This would save power and drop the light levels down if watching in a darkened room.

2. I have a monitor that disappears as a physical device when it is put into sleep mode. THis causes all existing windows to be resized/moved automatically to the other monitors. I'd like to have an extended sleep time for this monitor to lessen the impact this has on productivity.

3. Running a digital signage/photo screensaver for an extended time on one monitor, but want other monitors to go into sleep mode until woken up for power savings.

Solutions I've found all need to turn off the display which screws up the existing windows, will not be woken up by simple mouse movement, or just sets a black screen on the other monitors which does not help with longevity and power consumption.
