Hi there. I'm running 9.6.1. I could try running the beta if you think that might help. I could swear I didn't always have this issue but maybe I'm wrong. <br/>

I have different icons pinned on my secondary monitor's taskbar if that matters.

On my secondary monitor I have a set of shortcuts pinned to my taskbar. I just want them to stay in the order they're in. Every day when I boot up my computer I have to move the icons around to get them how I prefer it.<br/>
