I guess the problem could be related to my 64-bit OS since [tt]ShellExecuteEx[/tt] sounds like an OS routine which is called. Unfortunately there isn't much I can do about this problem, as it's part of the installer for which I don't have the source code.

At that point in the installation it tries to open the Welcome page for DisplayFusion. Does this welcome page open? What internet browser do you have set as your default?
